At Groovy Custom, your happiness is our top priority. We know how exciting it is to receive a personalized order — and we want everything to arrive just right. If something’s off, don’t worry — we’re here to make it right.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Mistakes happen (we’re only human!) — but we’ll fix them fast. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
- A quick description of what went wrong
We’ll review everything and send you a replacement or refund — whichever works best for you.
Made Just for You
Since most of our products are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges if the issue isn’t related to damage or a mistake on our end. Please double-check names, sizes, and designs before placing your order — we print exactly what you give us!
Changed Your Mind?
We totally understand — but once an order is sent to production (usually within 6 hours), we’re unable to cancel it. If you just placed your order and need to make a change, message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll email you as soon as it’s processed.
